Alain has been in the business for more than 30 years and started AB alongside his father, Jos Bokken, back in 1993. The mission of Alain is to inspire people to start to play music by providing the best possible tools in the best possible way.

Bert started as a freelance audio and light technician and has an extensive knowledge of fixed install, live sound, lighting and video technology. As employee of a well-known Benelux music store he has built up a lot of experience with B2C and B2B customers all over Belgium and the Netherlands.

Dago is our High-Tech product specialist. He is our prime contact at Algam Benelux for all your inquiries regarding Focusrite & Novation. He has more than 20 years of experience in his field of work. Always ready to help. Dago is also a passionate drummer & DJ.

Ronnie has +25 years of experience working in the audio industry. He’s in charge of taking care of all Belgian and Luxembourg customers concerning internal sales and all other stuff related to sales.

Steven has a solid 20-year experience in the audio industry. Steven started playing the guitar at age 14 and played a lot of bands ever since. He has a strong affiliation with American roots music.

Arnaud brings fresh energy and enthusiasm to our key account customer care team. A passionate musician since the age of six, he plays drums and percussion and has recently taken up guitar. His creativity and dedication translate directly into strong customer service and lasting client relationships.
